Since 2012, I have been co-running Sepia Illustration Agency with my wife, representing a carefully selected group of international illustrators. Alongside my own work as an illustrator, I help develop the agency and support creative collaborations between artists, agencies, publishers and companies.
My role includes:
Selecting and mentoring illustrators
Coordinating creative projects
Developing project briefs and creative concepts
Advising clients on visual communication
Conducting market and competitor research
Improving internal workflows and processes
Conceptualising, developing and maintaining the agency website
